Are you a person who thrives just as well at the printing press as in the business system? We are looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility in a smaller, personal printing company where quality, structure, and customer relationships are at the center.

We are now seeking a printer with administrative experience on behalf of a client. The role combines practical printing work with administration and customer contact. You will be responsible for the entire process – from file control and production to delivery and quotes.

This is a key role for someone who wants to work broadly and help drive the business forward.

• Plan and execute the production of printed materials in digital printing (posters, books, signs, promotional materials)

• Work with UV machines and digital cutting tables

• Prepare and quality assure print files before production

• Be responsible for finishing: cutting, assembly, packaging, and delivery

• Register and manage customer orders in the business system (Summa or similar)

• Create and follow up on quotes

• Prepare invoicing documentation

• Maintain professional customer contact via phone and email

• Manage inventory of materials and supplies

You are a person who enjoys taking responsibility and thrives in both the practical printing environment and the administrative side.

• Have practical experience in print production

• Have administrative experience and are familiar with business systems
